The CYBERSTAND Annual Event is the flagship gathering of the CYBERSTAND.eu project.

This year's edition will take place at a strategic moment, the shift from the development of horizontal standards for the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), which address cross-sectoral cybersecurity requirements applicable to all digital products and services, towards the development of vertical standards, tailored to the specific needs of individual sectors and product categories.

The event is designed to support and guide this transition, providing a platform to promote the CYBERSTAND Specific Service Procedures (SSPs), while strengthening collaboration with initiatives like STAN4CR.

Participants will benefit from a rich agenda that includes:

  • CRA Status Update
An overview of the current state of play in the implementation of the Cyber Resilience Act, and how standardisation efforts are being aligned.

  • Panel Discussion on Supply Chain Challenges
Experts from industry and policy will explore the key issues in securing digital supply chains, including gaps and emerging needs in standardisation.

  • Progress on Horizontal Standards
An overview of the current status of the horizontal standards being developed under the Cyber Resilience Act Standardisation Request. The session will explore how these cross-cutting standards are progressing within the relevant technical committees.

  • SMEs and Open Source communities perspectives
A space to gather insights from small and medium-sized enterprises and the Open Source community, whose views are critical to shaping practical and inclusive standards.

  • Breakout Sessions on Vertical Standards
In collaboration with STAN4CR, these interactive sessions will bring together vertical experts to kick-start the development of sector-specific standards.

This event is a unique opportunity for standardisation bodies, policymakers, industry stakeholders, SMEs, and Open Source community members to align, exchange ideas, and shape the next phase of CRA-related standardisation work.
